Eric Lyall, MD, is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician based in Boise, ID, with a deep passion for improving patient care and outcomes. Throughout his career in emergency medicine, Dr. Lyall has been driven by a commitment to providing care during critical moments, when patients are at their most vulnerable. However, his extensive experience in the ER has also revealed a troubling pattern: the growing prevalence of metabolic and lifestyle-related diseases that increasingly lead to poor outcomes for patients.
Dr. Eric graduated from the University of Georgia with his undergraduate degree in Biological sciences. Continuing his education in Georgia, he earned his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency training at the University of Wisconsin department of Emergency Medicine.
Born and raised in Suwanee, Georgia, Dr. Eric Lyall met his wife, Alexis, during medical school. After completing residency, the couple was drawn to Boise, ID, where they now happily raise their two young daughters, Sutton and Georgia. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Lyall treasures quality time with his family and their shared love of the outdoors. Whether it's biking, hiking, skiing, camping, rafting, hunting, or fishing, the Lyalls enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Idaho together, creating lasting memories along the way.
