What makes Peak Personalized Healthcare different?

Peak combines advanced diagnostics, physician expertise, and personalized health optimization into one comprehensive program. Rather than treating illness after it develops, we focus on identifying risk early and helping you improve your healthspan through proactive, data-driven care.

Short answer, It depends.

Peak Elite is designed to serve as your primary care and concierge medicine practice.

Peak Foundation, Peak Longevity, and our Longevity Baseline package complement your existing primary care physician while providing advanced testing, optimization, and preventive care.

We commonly help patients optimize:

Peak is designed for individuals who want a more proactive approach to healthcare. Whether you’re focused on longevity, performance, weight loss, hormone optimization, or simply understanding your health more deeply, we’ll help determine the program that best fits your goals.

It begins with a conversation. Schedule a consultation or complete our online assessment, and our team will help determine whether Peak Foundation, Peak Longevity, or Peak Elite is the right fit for you.

No — and that’s intentional. Most preventative and proactive longevity work isn’t reimbursable, and structuring around insurance would limit what we can measure and how often we can adjust. The trade-off is deliberate.
Yes. We don’t replace your insurance. Hospitalization, specialist referrals, surgery, or any acute care still requires standard medical coverage. Peak complements your insurance — it doesn’t substitute for it.
Three tiers, each built for a different cadence. Peak Foundations is the entry point — structured measurement and ongoing physician guidance. Peak Longevity adds continuous monitoring and a fuller longevity protocol. Peak Elite is concierge-level care with 24/7 physician access, by application only, capped at 100 patients per physician.
Many are. The specifics depend on your plan and your administrator. We provide itemized receipts for any visit; check with your FSA/HSA provider before scheduling to confirm what’s reimbursable for your account.
VO₂ max — how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise — is one of the strongest predictors of all-cause mortality after age 40. Body composition (lean mass, visceral fat, bone density) is a parallel input. Both shift slowly, but they shift in measurable ways. The earlier you have a baseline, the more meaningful the trajectory.
